DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

This page explains how to delete your Attunly account and the data associated with it. Attunly is operated by Mikesverse LLC.

1. DELETE FROM WITHIN THE APP (FASTEST)

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app:

Open Attunly → go to the Profile tab → open Settings → tap Delete account → confirm. Your account and associated data are removed when you confirm.

2. REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL

If you can no longer access the app, email hello@attunly.app from the email address associated with your account and ask us to delete your account. We will verify your request and process it.

3. WHAT DATA IS DELETED

When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with it, including: your account information (email address, display name), your learning progress (stories listened to, words saved, streaks, review history, and quiz activity), and your app settings.

4. DATA RETENTION

We delete your personal data within 30 days of your request, except where limited information must be retained to comply with legal obligations (for example, records of subscription transactions required for tax or accounting purposes). Subscription billing records held by the app store (Google Play) are governed by that store's policies.
